OTHER COUNTRIES: HOME DELIVERY 3800 FT (4-5 DAYS)
ORDERING
Once your order has been received, please allow 1-2 days for packing and dispatch. When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us with your tracking information or be informed if any delays are apparent.
Please note that some items are specifically made to order and therefore may take up to two weeks to be completed. If this is the case, we will let you know via email shortly after you place your order with us. Of course we will try our best to get this item to you as soon as humanly possible.
RETRUNS AND EXCHANGES
At MERLIN, we promise you the best quality products while maintaining the unique handmade characteristics. The handmade nature of our products implies that it is common for them to carry slight imperfections; from slight colour variations to the way the articles are finished. We believe that these unique imperfections are part of our story. In the case of made to order items we cannot accept returns.
Any request for exchanges/returns or refund (due to faulty), must be submitted to info@wearemerlin.co within 14 days following the day you receive your package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning your item from outside the EU please ensure you mark it clearly as a return as we will not be liable for any duties & taxes upon its return. Failure to do so may result in your shipment being returned to you, or any duties & taxes incurred being deducted from your refund.
Exchanged items must be in an unworn condition and within the original packaging. If our team believes that the item does not satisfy the exchange/return requirements, the article will be sent back to you and a shipping cost will be applied.
MERLIN is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit; therefore it is advised that the article is returned to us using a traceable delivery method (e.g. registered post / courier) and keep record of your tracking number to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
REFUNDS
If you have received a faulty item and we are unable to fulfill the submitted order due to stock availability, you are welcome to request for a full refund excluding the original cost of shipping.
